
Coleman Kane, President and Chief Executive Officer
As President and CEO for Printable, Coleman Kane spearheads the company's strategy, which is to provide best of breed cross-media marketing communications for the enterprise, graphic arts and printing communities. Along with his executive team, Kane oversees the company's daily operations including product development, sales, solutions delivery, marketing, HR, and facilities. He previously served as President and CEO of Games2Learn, a privately held Direct Response/Internet company that manufactured and sold educational products including The Phonics Game. Prior to Games2Learn, Kane served as President of MTA Schools, a private post-secondary school providing training for employment in the transportation industry and as Vice President of Sylvan Learning Centers where he directed the marketing, advertising and public relations programs for over 500 franchises. He was also Director of International Marketing at Jenny Craig Inc.
Lee Wilcox, Chief Financial Officer
Ms. Wilcox joined the Company as Chief Financial Officer in August 2001. Lee began her career with Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 corporations such as NCR Corp, Allied Signal, Inc., and Scientific-Atlanta, Inc. and has over 20 years experience. During the 1995-2001 period as President and CFO, she led three, venture-backed, medical device companies with revenues ranging from $25 to $50 million. Ms. Wilcox holds an MBA from the University of San Diego, and a BS degree in Accounting from San Diego State University. She is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in California. She is also on the Board of Directors of the San Diego Venture Group, a not-for-profit organization for the venture capital community and technology entrepreneurs.
Jim Van Natter, Vice President of Sales
As Vice President of Sales for Printable Technologies, Jim is responsible for driving Printable's growth and profitability. In this role, Jim oversees a direct sales team as well as the management of all channel alliances. Since joining Printable in 2001, Jim has played a key role in the growth of the company and been instrumental in positioning Printable as the leader in the VDP and Web to Print marketplace. Jim served as Senior Sales Executive and Director of Sales before taking the post of Vice President of Sales in 2007. He brings experience in both print and enterprise software and his proven leadership skills consistently create a sales organization that operates effectively and efficiently. Mr. Van Natter holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Regis University in Denver, Colorado.
Douglas Cogan, Vice President of VDP Technologies
When Printable Technologies acquired the DL Formatter product line from Datalogics in late 2004, Douglas Cogan assumed the title Vice President of VDP Technologies. He oversees the development of the FusionPro product line, the successor to DL Formatter. Cogan was responsible for the initial design and architecture of DL Formatter. During Cogan’s tenure at Datalogics, he had all non-sales responsibilities for four product lines, DL Formatter, DL Pager, DL Composer and FrameLink, which involved managing the software engineering, customer support, testing, marketing, and documentation. Prior to joining Datalogics, Cogan was a software developer for CCH, formerly Commerce Clearing House, where he managed the editorial workflow system re-engineering, advising on CCH’s print on demand initiative, and managing ongoing development of CCH Access, on-line search and retrieval system.
Dustin Ritter, Director of Marketing
Mr. Ritter brings a unique technical perspective to his role overseeing the company’s strategic marketing direction. He combines a strong understanding of personalized graphic communication, including direct mail and personal URLs, with a results-driven orientation and comprehensive knowledge of the marketplace. As an advocate and enthusiast for 1-to-1 marketing and variable data printing technology, he is committed to developing corporate marketing programs that reflect the benefits of these technologies and position Printable Technologies as an industry leader. Previously, Mr. Ritter served as product marketing manager for Modern Postcard, a specialized direct mail provider, where he developed and executed strategic web initiatives that doubled e-commerce sales during his tenure. Dustin holds a B.S. in Business Management from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, California.
Claire LeBuffe, Director of Engineering
Claire LeBuffe joined the company in 2007, bringing over 15 years of experience in all aspects of information technology. In addition to her strong technical skills, she is well-versed in facilitating comprehensive, accurate, and effective interactions among diverse groups involved in the creation and support of complex software products. As Director of Engineering, she is responsible for all technical aspects of the Printable web product line, including both R&D and production projects. She oversees the teams responsible for engineering, product management, configuration management, quality assurance, and professional services, and she provides technical insight for the strategic planning of the Printable product line. Ms. LeBuffe is responsible for both day-by-day project management and release management; she serves as the primary engineering contact for all other Printable departments. Prior to joining Printable, Ms. LeBuffe was a senior manager at JPMorgan Chase Vastera, providing development support for a producer of global trade management (GTM) software solutions that streamline the flow and compliance of international shipments. She is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in physics.
