You can get an in-depth training demonstration without having to travel! The same instructors who teach the classes here at Printable conduct the online programs, using content abridged from current classroom content.

Classes currently offered:

FusionPro Desktop Fundamentals
– Two hours dedicated to the fundamentals of the job creation workflow and output settings. Material is presented online, followed by a live Q&A session pertinent to the class material. There is a $199 fee for this class.

FusionPro Desktop Advanced – Two hours dedicated to the advanced functionality of document layout and rules for jobs. This class demonstrates each of the FusionPro Desktop rule-creation tools while working through selected scenarios. Material is presented online, followed by a live Q&A session pertinent to the class material. To get the most out of this session, we highly recommend attendees have a strong understanding of the FusionPro fundamentals. There is a $199 fee for this class.

MarcomCentral™ Dashboard Workflow – A 2-hour monthly webinar that introduces users to the Dashboard workflow procedures. Attendees learn to pick-up and process orders through the variety of status steps (Job Ticketing, Impositions, Shipping and Billing) needed to complete each order. In addition an overview of features such as: search and review of past/present orders and creating, saving and exporting custom reports. Classes are free for current customers, however registration is required.

MarcomCentral™ Imposition Workflow – Not using FusionPro Imposer (FPI) for imposing your jobs through MarcomCentral™? This 1-hour monthly webinar demonstrates the creation, implementation and processing of FPI impositions. Classes are free for current customers, however registration is required.

FusionPro Links – This 1-hour monthly webinar shows you how to set up a FP Links personalized URL campaign. We demonstrate how the microsite pages are managed, generate personalized URLs, track campaign performance with reports and more. Classes are free for current customers, however registration is required.

Onsite Training at Printable

Printable has a dedicated onsite training facility, with Windows-based workstations running all relelvant software for each course. Printable University can accommodate classes of up to 8 students and is conveniently located in a suite adjacent to our home office in Solana Beach:

Classes currently offered:

MarcomCentral™ Administration
– A 3-day course dedicated to the MarcomCentral™ Manager procedures for setting up both the Store and the Dashboard. Course includes an introduction to uploading and configuring templates for the Store. Trainees learn about features and customization for the Store; hands-on interaction presents both the customer perspective and the view of the print service provider as he/she fulfills orders through the Dashboard. There is a fee of $3,000 for this class.

NOTE: Without MarcomCentral™ Administration training, your company will incur a fee for support and site modification.

MarcomCentral™ Template Creation – A 2-day course that focuses on workflow fundamentals for template creation, output composition, and imposition definition. Constructed templates are collected and uploaded into the Manager. The student will learn various set-up configurations so that end customer may interact with and customize the item in the Store for ordering. There is a fee of $2,000 for this class.

Onsite Training At Your Facility

For companies who prefer to bring training in-house, Printable offers customer site training. One of our instructors will replicate the training offered here at the our facility.

Customer site training is available for a minimum fee of $3,000, plus travel and expenses, which covers 3 “person days” of training – whether that is one day for 3 people or 3 days for one person. For each additional person/day, the fee is $1,000.

All customer site training requires a dedicated semi-private room for the duration of the training session to avoid distractions and interruptions. Each trainee must have workstations with all current and related software installed.

The trainer will have a fully equipped laptop and requires access to a local area network for file sharing and Internet access.

Also available is our Mobile Training Center (MTC) that provides laptops for up to 6 trainees. The fee for using the MTC is $600, plus shipping and insurance.
